Ads that do not comply with our Terms and Conditions will be removed from the Site. Sensualism reserves the right to remove any advert without any notification or warning. Any ad we suspect of being spam or fraudulent will be removed, and such paid-for adverts may not be refunded.

These guidelines may be updated or amended from time to time without prior notice being given.

USERS MUST 

  1. Ensure that services are legal to operate in the UK.

  2. Only register one account. Users found with more than one account or to be sharing an account will be subject to whatever action Sensualism deems appropriate, including having their account(s) suspended and/or deleted. This excludes couples, who will be treated as one User for the purposes of our Terms and Conditions, provided that any such profiles must clearly state the identity of any other active single profile(s) the accountholders maintain on the Site.

  3. Make clear when a phone number charges premium rates.

  4. Upload only genuine photos, which must be a true likeness to the material(s) or service(s) being advertised or sought. Any photos we identify as fake will result in the advert's removal from the Site.

USERS MUST NOT 

  1. Post ads if under the age of 18.

  2. Include contact information such as a phone number, email address, or website in the ad title, the ad profile, the photo, or message.

  3. Place duplicate ads in multiple categories.

  4. Propose the sale or purchase of multiple unrelated materials or services in the same advert.

  5. Post any altered photos. Sensualism reserves the right to request identification for verification. Sensualism may take action if we find abuse of the Site’s features.

  6. Post ads that are too short or ambiguous, which could be classified as spam.

  7. Post an ad for an item or service that is regulated or prohibited by law.

  8. Use the personal details (name, email, phone number, mailing address, photos, etc.) of someone else without their permission or provide false contact details.

  9. Share private information that violates the privacy of any person or company (including posting faces or signatures).

  10. Copy information posted by another User.

  11. Post content that infringes on any other person or company’s physical or intellectual property rights.

  12. Disturb the activity of any other User.

  13. Assume the identity of Sensualism and/or its employees.

  14. Publish ads for sites or services like Sensualism.

  15. Promote a website or include any links on a post that is not a paid advert.

  16. Promote or advertise giveaways, sweepstakes, or other prizes.

  17. Make remarks that are false, defamatory, profane, hateful, abusive, pornographic, obscene, or of any nature we deem to be inappropriate.

POSTING GUIDELINES

Massages 

  1. Ads in the Massages Category must not be of a sexual nature or offer sexual services. 

  2. Tantric massage ads should be posted in the Escorts and Massages category.

18 + Categories 

  1. Sensualism believes that two consenting adults are free to act as they wish, so long as they abide by the law.

  2. Sensualism does not abide sexual or racial abuse, any activity that would result in pregnancy/miscarriage, threats, blackmail, or exploitation in any form whatsoever. Please be aware that Sensualism answers requests from third parties, including law enforcement, where required, and Sensualism will share information with relevant third parties if, in our view, there is evidence that may be relevant to an investigation.

  3. Individual Users must have their own personal account. One advert per account is permitted.

  4. Users must not offer sexual services or acts in exchange for non-monetary favours, including accommodation.

  5. Users must not post ads, or supply or upload text, audio, images, or movies that contain any of the following:

    1. Persons under the age of 18 years of age;

    2. Full nudity, where genitalia are visible and/or body fluids are shown;

    3. Incest and depictions of sexual acts between people implied to be too closely related to marry each other;

    4. Animals;

    5. Acts that threaten or appear to threaten a person's life (this includes depictions of hanging, suffocation, or sexual assault with or without the threat of a weapon);

    6. Torture;

    7. Bondage (especially where gags are used with no apparent means of withdrawing consent);

    8. Dismemberment or (graphic) mutilation;

    9. Acts which result in, or appear to result (or would likely result) in, or may glorify, serious injury to a person's anus, breasts, or genitals (e.g., the insertion of sharp objects or the mutilation of breasts or genitals);

    10. Acts which involve, or appear to involve, or may glorify suffocation, slavery, forced intercourse, rape, intoxication, abuse, drugs, or torture;

    11. Acts which involve, or appear to involve, or may glorify, sexual intercourse with a human corpse;

    12. Acts which show a person performing, or appearing to perform, an act of intercourse or oral sex with an animal;

    13. Acts which involve more than one escort in an image, unless it is a duo service or is from a verified escort agency;

    14. Acts which involve the demonstration of sexual toys;

    15. Weapons (including, but not limited to, guns, knives, etc.);

    16. Realistic portrayals of rape;

    17. Sadomasochistic imagery which goes beyond trifling and transient infliction of injury;

    18. Fisting or hard sports.

    19. Activities involving perversion or degradation (such as drinking urine, urination or vomiting onto the body, or excretion or use of excreta);

If the ad is for an escort agency, the company URL must be included within the ad (if you do not have a company URL, please contact us).

Users may not post the following in any 18+ Category: 

  1. Ads which include non-UK-based phone numbers.

  2. Any link (or any invitation to use a search engine to find this link) to any third party, including another website, blog, or dating site or service (unless the upgrade P2URL has been purchased, in which Users may post a link to their own website only).

  3. Ads which offer services that comprise, promote, insinuate, or glorify human trafficking or any other illegal sex work. 

VALIDITY OF ADS

Sensualism will not purposefully keep outdated listings live on the Site. In all categories except for Adult, we remove adverts which have been live on the Site for over 90 days. Paid-for adverts expire when the time has elapsed. 

MODERATION OF ADS 

Sensualism will remove any advertisement that is prohibited by UK law, placed in the wrong category/city, or that contains vulgar/abusive content. Users are encouraged to report ads that are in violations of our Terms and Conditions [Report here]. Users are encouraged to report all scams to Sensualism or directly to Action Fraud, the UK's national fraud reporting centre.

RESPECTING YOUR PRIVACY 

To minimise the risks of spam, all emails exchanged between Users are done so anonymously through our server .

We need to collect certain information from you for the advertising process to work effectively. However, you are in full control of your public information. If you opt in to receive special offers from selected third parties, your email address may be processed by third parties to the extent necessary to fulfil your request, but in no circumstances will we sell your contact information to third parties. You can unsubscribe to our marketing emails simply by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of them.

 DATA PROTECTION 

You have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete data concerning you. If you wish to amend any of the data we hold about you or remove yourself completely from Sensualism, please contact us by emailing admin@sensualism.club.

 DATA REPORTING SYSTEM  

Please immediately report any content you encounter posted on the Site that is objectionable, infringes on copyright, or contains unlawful content (and the specific page on which it is found). Please include: 

  • Your full name and contact details;

  • A description of the offensive material; and

  • Why you are offended by the material or believe the material is in breach of copyrighted or trademark or otherwise represents content not authorised by the owner, or is otherwise unlawful.

There may be adverse legal consequences if you make a false or bad faith allegation through this process. You agree that, while Sensualism reserves the right to remove any Content from the Site at any time, Sensualism shall not be responsible for issuing "Take Down Notices" to any third-party site, and Sensualism shall not be held liable for any Content posted by a User.

CONFLICT

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Posting Guidelines and (1) our Terms and Conditions or (2) our Privacy Policy, the latter will take precedence.
