Sensualism reserves the right to occasionally amend or update our Terms to reflect changes in the law or to reflect additional features which we introduce in the future. You will be notified of any material changes to these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site will be treated as your acceptance of any revised Terms.

Age of Consent

You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for any activity and/or any User Content uploaded via your Account. If you believe someone has used your Account login details without your authorisation, your account security has become compromised, or you become aware of any other breach of security, please notify us immediately via https://sensualism.club/contact.
User Content
The following principles apply to User Content published on the Site:
You are solely responsible for the Services you offer via the Site;
You are solely responsible for any User Content you post via the Site;
We shall only process User Content to the extent required to fulfil our responsibilities to Users;
If you elect to share personal information via the Site, we shall have no liability for any loss or damage that may arise by reason of your doing so, save as provided in the Privacy Policy;
With the exception of private messages, all User Content will be deemed public content and may be viewed by all Users.
All User Content (excluding paid-for ads) will be posted via the Site will expire after 90 days, whereupon it will be removed from the Site and, after a reasonable period, erased from our servers.
While we expect all Users to adhere to the Site’s Fair Use Policy (see below), we cannot assume any responsibility or liability to you for the accuracy or suitability of any User Content created and posted by other Users. We will use reasonable endeavours to remove User Content that does not adhere to our Terms or Posting Guidelines, but we cannot accept responsibility for any failure or delay in removing such User Content, and you agree to waive any claim you may have against us arising from any such failure or delay.
Excessive use or abuse of the shared network resources that run the Site’s User Accounts by one User may have a negative impact on other Users. Misuse of network resources, including excessive consumption of CPU time, memory, disk space, and session time is prohibited. We have the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your Account, limit the transmissions you may send or receive through the Site, or limit the storage space, bandwidth, or other resources you may use.
Do not rely on the Site as a primary storage space for your User Content. You are solely responsible for backing up all of your Content. You should preserve backup copies of any digital data, information, or other materials that you have uploaded.
Fair Use Policy
Using Sensualism’s Personal and Adult categories
Some material in the Personal and Adult categories on the Site is of an adult nature and relates to adult entertainment services. By accessing the Personal and/or Adult categories, you confirm that:
You are over the age of consent in the country or state you are accessing the Site from;
You will only use the Site for purposes which are compliance with the law in the country or state you are accessing the Site from;
You are not accessing the Site from a country or state where it is illegal to enter adult websites and/or view sexually explicit material;
You are not offended by nudity, sexual imagery, or adult sexual activity;
You will not permit or allow any minor, or other person for whom it is illegal, to access this part of the Site
Exploitation / Evidence of Wrongdoing
Sensualism believes that two consenting adults are free to act as they wish, so long as they abide by the law.
Sensualism does not condone or accept sexual abuse or exploitation in any form or sense whatsoever. Please be aware that Sensualism will respond to requests for information and/or co-operation from law enforcement authorities and the police, whenever such requests are legitimate, and Sensualism will share information with relevant third parties if, in our view, there is evidence that may be relevant to an investigation concerning these matters or any other form of criminal activity.
Our Rights and Remedies
We reserve the right to at any time take any of the following actions without notice, without limiting our other rights in law, in the event we identify or suspect a breach of our Terms or Privacy Policy:
Disable your Account;
Refuse or delete User Content that may be inappropriate and/or breach the above terms, and/or goes against the spirit of our Terms;
Cancel or reverse any Services transaction;
Issue Users with written warnings and take further action as deemed necessary should those written warnings not be heeded;
Put in place technical and/or legal measures to prevent you from using our Site or the Services;
Refuse a registration by any User for any reason;
Provide any appropriate authorities with information regarding any suspected illegal activity;
Disclose personal information in order to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate potentially illegal acts, fraud and/or security breaches, and to manage risl, including to alert Users if fraudulent activities have taken place involving our services; or
Bring legal action against a User of the Site in relation to any breach of our Terms.
The appropriate action to take will be determined entirely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Your Account will be terminated if we determine you have committed a repeat infringement of another’s rights, or otherwise have been the subject of more than one valid takedown request which has not been successfully rebutted.
You acknowledge that we may be required by law to access, monitor, store, or copy material uploaded or sent to the Site by Users without further notice to you. We will cooperate fully with investigations into violations of systems or network security, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in investigations of suspected criminal acts.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you incur by reason of the termination of our agreement with you in accordance with These terms or in relation to the suspension of your access to Sensualism. However, you will remain liable for any costs or charges you have incurred to third party Users prior to the effective date of suspension. If your Account is permanently terminated, you agree not to attempt to use the Services.
Third parties
Our Site features links to third party websites, advertisers, services, special offers or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Sensualism. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such sites, or information materials, products or services offered by such third parties. You will need to make your own independent judgement about whether to use any such independent sites, including whether to buy any products or services offered by them, and if you choose to do so it will be at your own risk.
Sensualism accepts no responsibility for any circumstance that may arise from anything stated or implied in, or from, the content of the Site or its use, save where we have breached these Terms. Sensualism shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred in connection with any third-party communications.
If there is a dispute between Users, or between a User and any third party, you agree that Sensualism is under no obligation to assist or involve itself in any way. You hereby release Sensualism, its employees, agents, officers, and successors in rights from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of any kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising from or in any way related to such disputes and/or Sensualism (save to the extent directly caused by Sensualism).
Prices and Payment
Using Sensualism is free aside from some Services for which Users will be charged a fee. If you pay for a Service, you will be able to review and accept terms that will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Prices and availability of Services are posted on the Site and are subject to change without notice. At any time we may amend or update prices by posting new prices on the Site.
Payments may be made by credit or debit card. To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, before releasing payment, all credit/debit cardholders are subject to standard validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
By using your credit or debit card, you confirm the card is yours and you have sufficient funds or credit available to cover the charges. Your order will be cancelled if your card issuer refuses to authorise payment. Sensualism will not be held liable for the cancellation, and/or for any related fee incurred, and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
Due to the nature of the Services, any refunds made are at the sole discretion of Sensualism, on a case-by-case basis.
Copyright and Other Relevant Intellectual Property Rights relating to User Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded User Content. You warrant that all User Content uploaded by you, either from your own computer or another site/server, is created and owned entirely by you or you have permission and the necessary licenses, rights and permissions to use the User Content.
When you upload User Content to the Site, you grant to Sensualism a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to it, or any form of it, in any media, to the extent necessary to provide the Services, and for Sensualism's own promotional purposes.
If you are not the sole creator of the User Content, you must get permission from the creator or the copyright holder before uploading the User Content to the Site. If you plan to post User Content depicting someone other than yourself, before uploading to the Site, you must get permission from such individual(s).
Do not upload any User Content that is unlawful, confidential, or proprietary. We assume no liability for the disclosure or use of confidential or proprietary information uploaded to our Site. Text, images or photos may be protected by copyright even if not marked with the © symbol.
Unless otherwise requested, your name may be published alongside User Content. Please do not upload User Content to the Site if you do not want to grant these rights.

Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
User of Site at User’s own risk. Sensualism disclaims any warranties for the security, reliability, timeliness, accuracy, and performance of the Site and the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensualism disclaims any warranties for other Services or materials received through or advertised on the Site, or accessed through any links on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensualism disclaims any warranties for viruses, malware, or other harmful components arising from your access to the Site or websites linked via the Site.
No warranty given in relation to User Content All materials(s) and User Content available on the Site, to the extent permitted under applicable law in your territory, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Sensualism cannot vet all Users and uploaded posts to ensure that the User Content is appropriate, accurate, and up-to-date. Sensualism primarily relies on automated processes to moderate User Content, but it will apply human moderators to review User Content that is suspicious or reported by Users under the Reporting System.
Limitations to the Site. Sensualism will do all that it can to ensure that any errors and omissions on the Site are corrected as soon as possible. Sensualism makes no warranty that:
The Site will remain uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
The Service(s) provided to the User in the ads will be effective, accurately represented, or reliable,
The quality of the materials(s) or Service(s) obtained by you from the Site, from us, or from any website belonging to a linked third party, will meet your expectations or be free from mistakes, errors or defects.
We are not liable for property damage or business losses. Subject to the fact that nothing in our Terms shall restrict your statutory rights (including your right to receive a reasonable standard of service), use of the materials(s) or Service(s) is at your own risk. You agree that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your person, computer system, or for the loss of data that results from use of the Site.
We are not liable for a User’s failure to adhere to the terms of Services transaction. We are not a party to the agreement or arrangements between Users relating to the purchase or sale of Services, and we cannot guarantee that Users complete or fulfil any transaction. When Services are bought and sold using our Site, the contract is directly between the buyer and the seller of the Services in question.
We are not responsible for events outside our control. If our fulfilment of our obligations to you are delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays or losses caused by the relevant event.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Sensualism Limited, its employees, suppliers, service providers, officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, and agents harmless from any actual or threatened claims, demands or costs (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) howsoever arising in relation to any User Content you submit, post, or make available through the Site; your use of the Services; your breach of our Terms; your breach of any representations and warranties herein, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
Updates
From time to time we may automatically update the Site to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Any updates to these Terms will be notified to Users by way of a message on the Site or via email.
No Rights of Third Parties
These Terms do not give rise to any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
General
These Terms are the entire agreement between Sensualism and you. You agree that our Terms shall be governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with our Terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of London, England.
No waiver, express or implied, by either party of any term or condition or of any breach by the other of our Terms shall operate as a waiver of any breach of the same or any other provision of this agreement. Sensualism will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, any of our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control.
If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any part of our Terms to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any relevant law, the remaining portions or provisions shall remain valid and continue in full force and effect.
These Terms may be updated from time to time when we post new terms on the Site. Any posted amendment will apply to all Users from the date and time such revised terms have been posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site or Services, you agree to accept any such amendment or changes.
